Strawberry Rhubarb Truffles

This truffle is as bright and tart and delicious as you can imagine, filled with the incredible taste and texture of real rhubarb and strawberries! This flavor combination has always been one of my own mother's favorites, get some now as this is a seasonal flavor delight!

Ingredients:  64% Fair-trade chocolate (cacao beans, sugar, cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin, pure vanilla), organic coconut milk, frozen rhubarb, dried strawberries, pure rhubarb jam (cane sugar, rhubarb, pectin, lemon juice).
